Job Description
The purpose of this position is to assist with the delivery of all administration functions associated with the CMS Facilities/Operations management contract for Hope Island Resort. Particularly to maintain buildings and or schemes common areas within an allocated portfolio with the responsibility of managing Body Corporate assets, maintaining and servicing contracts. Facilities Assistants are to work closely with Facilities Manager and clients to schedule repairs and quotations as requested.
About the Role:
Deal promptly and professionally with phone, email, and any face-to-face meetings and written communications.
Prepare and assist with reports on financial and management objectives for various Stakeholders, as directed by the Facilities Manager.
Draft and issue breach correspondence relevant to the Body Corporate by-laws as directed by the Facilities Manager. Attend Committee Meetings to assist in note taking as directed by the Facilities Manager.
Arrange contractors as directed by the Facilities Manager and ensure all contractors attending onsite are WHS compliant.
Ensuring all processes and compliance standards are followed.
Filing and archive management.
Maintain ongoing communication with contractors and clients and work closely with Strata Management team and Operations team.
Preparing and filing reports with local Government and regulatory authorities as directed as directed by the Facilities Manager.
