Job Description
As a Night Cleaner/Concierge at Bright & Duggan Property Group in Abian - Brisbane, you will play a crucial role within the CMS - QLD department. This Permanent - Full Time position in the Housekeeping category offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of our property. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing cleaning duties during the night shift to ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
Monitoring and maintaining security measures throughout the premises
Assisting residents or guests with any inquiries or requests during the night hours
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the relevant departments
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations during the night shift
The main tasks for this role involve:
Carrying out thorough cleaning of designated areas, including communal spaces, restrooms, and other facilities as required
Conducting regular patrols of the premises to maintain a secure environment for residents and visitors
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any enquiries or requests courteously and efficiently
Documenting and communicating any incidents or issues effectively in accordance with company procedures
Following established protocols for handling emergencies or unusual situations that may arise during the night shift
Working hours are from 11pm – 7am 5 days a week, with Friday Saturday off, returning Sunday 11pm for the start of a week basis.
