Job Description

Bright & Duggan Group  (BM & FM pillar) are seeking expressions of interest from internal candidates for the role of Business Development Manager, supporting the continued growth of the Building/Facilities Management portfolio.

This is a senior, hands‑on role critical to the Group’s growth strategy, responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving portfolio growth, building long‑term client relationships, and negotiating commercial agreements aligned to group objectives across NSW and nationally.

About the role:

  • Driving new business and national portfolio growth
  • Achieving sales targets, budgets, and forecasts
  • Developing and executing local NSW sales strategies
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline from new and existing clients
  • Preparing business proposals and managing complex negotiations
  • Building strong, long‑term relationships with national clients
  • Partnering across the business to identify growth opportunities

About You:

  • Demonstrated success in business development or growth‑focused roles
  • Building Management/FM industry experience
  • Strong commercial, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and planning capability
