This is a key leadership opportunity within our Building Management business, responsible for supporting, developing, and leading Building Managers across a diverse portfolio while delivering strong operational, safety and service outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Building Management, the Regional Manager will lead a team of approximately 5–15 Building Managers and be accountable for consistent standards, strong culture, and proactive building and facilities management practices across the region.
The role works closely with Operations, Structure, Strata stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure high‑quality outcomes, effective risk and compliance management, and alignment with Bright & Duggan Group’s values of United, Trusted, Accountable and Visionary.
This position provides oversight across recruitment, onboarding, training and capability development, proactive and reactive maintenance, WHS and AFSS compliance, contractor performance, and incident response. The Regional Manager also contributes to business growth initiatives, tenders and additional services, and participates in the after‑hours management roster as required.
